A Co-Founder of the Company. Daniel Mckinney brings a wealth of experience to Sino Fibre nurturing numerous early stage and start-up companies as the Chief Executive Officer. Mckinney, based in Hong Kong, has been involved with both private and publicly held firms in Asia for the last 29 years. McKinney has an impressive record as a principal and founder of more than 20 businesses. He has led numerous technology transfer agreements in Asia in the fields of IT, technology, software, promotional exhibitions, jewelry and gems manufacturing, as well as construction and investment banking.

Dan Bouillet has provided independent consulting services towards business development and network deployment for national and regional telecommunications service providers throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Mr. Bouillet founded and operated a successful private consulting company, Planet Right Communications, Inc., in 1995. After a brief but favorable period, he merged Planet Right into a start-up venture with several other associates, and formed GT Group Telecom Inc. which rapidly evolved into a regulated national telecommunications service provider. GT expanded their fiber optic networks and corporate facilities, with over 1,000 employees, to serve the requirements of small- to medium-sized companies throughout Canada.
Group Telecom exceeded CAN$225 million in annual revenues trading on the TSX 300 index and NASD exchanges. As the national vice president of network facilities, Mr. Bouillet was directly responsible for the deployment and aquisition of all telecommunications networks and corporate facilities. Group Telecom has since been acquired by Bell Canada. Until his appointment as CTS at Sino Fibre, Dan continued to offer his services to telecom providers and other corporate entities towards improved network deployment, operations and business development.

Prior to joining Sino Fibre, Daniel Mckinney has founded numerous successful businesses in various parts of the globe in the fields of jewelry, mining, construction, promotional exhibitions, technologies, real estate, publishing as well as investment banking. Mr. Mckinney has used his expertise to establish specific industries and related enterprises for governments and the private sectors around the world.
Known for establishing unique businesses and his pioneering vision in various fields, he is now primarily focused on the areas of investment banking, business development and charitable Christian causes.

Samuel Chan presently serves as CEO of American Unicheer Group, an IT start-up company focusing on smart card technology. The applications include financial and secured authentication. The company develops and owns the intellectual property.
Samuel Chan is also the co-founder of Trade Easy, a publicly traded company in Hong Kong, an international trade service provider for Hong Kong and Chinese manufacturers both online and offline.
