Establishment of "Sino Fibre Communications Inc." – Broadband and other value added internet services provider to China
Beijing and New York, May 01, 2005 – Sino Fire Communications Inc. was established to provide international standard Fiber Optic backbone telecommunications transmission related sales and/or leasing services in China to all foreign telecommunications carriers and corporate users needing access to such services for data and calls either terminating to or originating from China.
Matt Mecke, Chairman and CEO of Sino Fibre commented "China’s telecom sector has exploded in the last 10 years. The demand for broadband services is rapidly increasing, but there are only a limited number of carriers. To help meet the demand, we have launched Sino Fibre. Our major focus is on wholesale IP bandwidth sales to carriers and bandwidth aggregators. Our overall purpose is to provide value added services in conjunction with Sino-Con Telecomm Group."
Sino Fibre leverages Sino-Con Telecomm Group’s nationwide optical fiber WAN stretching 32,000 kilometers and covering 156 cities, including metropolitans like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen. This network infrastructure has been verified by Ministry of Information Industry in China.
