Sino Fibre Announces MOU with Sino-Con Telecomm Group Co., Ltd to Form a Partnership in Providing Telecommunications Services in China
Beijing and New York, Feb 10, 2006 – Sino Fibre Communications, Inc. (Sino Fibre), a broadband and value added Internet services provider in China, today is pleased to announce that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Sino-Con Telecomm Group Co. Ltd. (Sino-Con) to form a partnership in pursuing a joint business opportunity that will include, but not be limited to, the cooperative effort to market and provide Telecommunications services in China to foreign companies and telecom carriers.
Sino-Con will appoint Sino Fibre as the exclusive international sales and leasing agent for all Sino Con Telecomm Group telecommunications services. The Sino Con Telecomm Group will provide all necessary support. Both Sino Fibre and Sino-Con have committed to conduct a thorough project feasibility study with the objective of entering into the final services agreement within sixty days.
