Sino Fibre Announces MOU with Trans Pacific Telecom, Inc. to provide an advanced Telecommunications system in Shanghai, China
Hong Kong and New York, June 1, 2006-Sino Fibre Communications, Inc. (Sino Fibre), a broadband and value added Internet services provider in China, today is pleased to announce that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Trans Pacific Telecom Inc (Trans Pacific) to form a partnership in pursuing a joint business opportunity that will include but not limited to creating an advanced telecommunications system, infrastructure and network for the city of Shanghai, China.
The partnership will focus on technical and financial resources from Trans Pacific combined with Sino-Fibre¡¯s Chinese relationships, regulatory know-how, and broadband access via Sino Fibre's relationship with Sino-Con Telecomm Group.
